Growing up in Vietnam, I had the opportunity to travel throughout the country from a young age, and that connection has stayed with me ever since. Experiencing the diversity of Vietnam’s regions, landscapes, and cultures shaped the way I see travel and gave me a genuine appreciation for the local insight that makes a journey more meaningful.
Having lived and studied in Canada for nearly a decade, I have developed a broader perspective and a strong understanding of the care, transparency, and professionalism travellers value when planning their trips. Over the past five years, my background in the food and beverage industry has also played an important role in shaping my approach to customer service. Working in fast-paced environments strengthened my communication skills, adaptability to changes, attention to detail, and ability to understand different client needs with care and professionalism.
Today, I bring that same mindset into travel consulting, combining my personal knowledge of Vietnam with a strong hospitality background to help create journeys that are considerate, well-planned, and genuinely memorable.
