Mekong Mosaic is a proud member of Au Fil Du Vietnam, a travel company founded by Thanh Nguyen and Han Do – two passionate travel professionals with more than 15 years of combined experience across various roles in the tourism industry.

Driven by a deep love for Vietnam and a shared vision of creating meaningful journeys, they established Au Fil Du Vietnam in 2022 with the belief that no two travellers are alike. Every tailor-made itinerary is carefully designed around each client’s interests, travel style, pace, and expectations. Mekong Mosaic places its guests at the heart of everything it does, dedicating genuine care and attention to every journey it creates.

As Vietnam’s tourism industry continues to grow, supported by government initiatives and the rapid development of travel infrastructure across the country, Mekong Mosaic recognised the opportunity to expand its services to English-speaking travellers. From this vision, Mekong Mosaic was born.

To bring this vision to life, Mai Nguyen joined the team as General Manager of Mekong Mosaic. Born and raised in Vietnam, Mai later moved to London to pursue her studies before returning home to work in the volunteer and tourism sectors. Over the years, she travelled extensively throughout Vietnam, building connections with local communities and gaining a deep appreciation for the country’s cultural diversity, landscapes, and traditions.

Her experiences strengthened a lifelong passion for sharing Vietnam with international travellers in an authentic and meaningful way. Together with the founding team, Mai helps shape the personalised approach that defines Mekong Mosaic today, ensuring that every journey reflects the unique interests, pace, and aspirations of each traveller.
